Deities name
"Munakata-No-Kami"
Shinto / Japan Sea gods. A group of three KAMIS, generally identified as the SUMIYOSHI-NO-KAMI, who protect seafarers, including fishermen. They are the subject of special worship by the JInguKogo sect, whom they escorted to Korea in distant times. They are also tutelary deities of poets and may have a purifying function. Their main sanctuaries are the Sumiyoshi Taisha in Osaka and the Munakata-Taisha....

"Pomona"
Roman The Roman divinity of the fruit of trees, hence called Pomorum Patrona. Her name is evidently connected with Pomum. She is represented by the poets as having been beloved by several of the rustic divinities, such as Silvåñuś, Picus, Vertumnus, and others. Her worship must originally have been of considerable importance, as we learn from Varro that a special priest, under the name Pomonalis, was appointed to attend to her service. It is not impossible that Pomona may in reality be nothing but the personification of one of the attributes of Ops.

"Rustam"
Greek The Deev-bend and Persian Hercules, famous for his victory over the white dragon named Asdeev. He was the son of Zal, prince of Sedjistan. The exploits attributed to him must have been the aggregate of exploits performed by numerous persons of the same name. His combat for two days with Prince Isfendiar is a favourite subject with the Persian poets.
